It turns out to be a very small fraction – only a few‑percent of the whole. In fact, 1 % of the 5 % is 0.05 % of the total, and 1.5 % of the 5 % is 0.075 % of the total. Adding those gives 0.125 % of the total. That is 2.5 % of the 5 % portion (since 0.125 % ÷ 5 % = 0.025). So the combined 1 % and 1.5 % of the 5 % is just 2.5 % of the 5 % chunk – a tiny share of the overall total.
